Return Policy:
No charges will be applied for order cancellation before battery delivery. Any change of mind (order cancellation/replacement) after delivery will cost 5% of total bill.
Old Battery Selling Policy:
Price of old battery (that customer wants to sell) will vary according to battery model.
Delivery Policy:
We do our best to deliver order as early as possible at your doorstep. However, occasionally company might be unable to fulfill the order on time in certain conditions which include weather issues or any other unavoidable circumstances. In such scenario, delivery updates would be communicated on call. Customer must need to communicate about floor number of delivery address (other than ground floor) on call prior to order. So that, more installation team members can be send to lift heavy batteries all up your way.
Order Policy:
In case you need any other equipment other than battery (like wire, terminals etc.) you can freely communicate it to our consultation team on call at time of order placement. Bill will be charged according to the equipment ordered.
Installation Policy:
Battery installation is free of cost, however, in case of any other services (drilling, wire fitting etc. ) or equipment installation (wire, terminals etc.) amount will be charged accordingly.
Price Policy:
There could be minor changes in prices due to market fluctuation at the company end.
Delivery Timings:
Dec to March : 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (weekdays & weekends)
April to Nov: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (weekdays & weekends)
